Ascendant in Aquarius

Your door is glass, translucent, letting the eye see in without yet permitting entry, and people sense at once that there's someone here who watches the world from a different angle than the rest of the block. You came into the world with Aquarius rising, and your first contact arrives with a fresh kindness, slightly distant, a curiosity about the person in front of you as if they were an interesting phenomenon worth studying. Saturn and Uranus, the planets that run your Rising, don't make you alien. They're teaching you that your way of appearing is from the side, not from the center, and that this angle is your most valuable contribution to the rooms you pass through. They read the glass as cool, and miss that the same clear pane is what lets you see the shape of a room nobody else is naming. People remember you as original without quite knowing why. The real trap isn't the coldness they repeat at you. It's mistaking glass for a wall, letting the other look in but never quite working the latch. The perspective you offer is worth far more when you bring your body into the room with it. So sometimes cross that glass door yourself, and say the plain, unobserved thing instead of the clever one.
