Mars sextile South-node

A worn tool sits easy in your grip, the handle gone dark where your hand has closed on it a thousand times. The south node is not a body up there but the old ground you come from, here the reflex to charge first and aim after, the way you have always met things head on. Mars leaves a soft gap onto that reflex, a door to set down the part of the swing you no longer need. Reach for that old force when the moment truly calls for it, then let the rest go quiet. The heat need not drive the whole day now. Open your fingers when the work is done. The release is there, taken up only on the move you decide to make.
